qemu: complete bochs dispi interface vga driver. Ditch unused fb*.h files. Rename init.c (name is _way_ to generic) to bochs.c. Add proper bochs dispi interface detection and mode setup. Hook up coreboot framebuffer table initialization. VGA driver for qemu emulated vga cards supporting
the bochs dispi interface. This includes
standard vga, vmware svga and qxl. The default
vga (cirrus) is *not* supported, so you have to
pick another one explicitly via 'qemu -vga $card'.
