mb/prodrive/hermes: Correct memory RCOMP settings
The original RCOMP resistor and target values only apply to ULT CPUs and do not make sense for the CFL-S CPUs Hermes uses. Fix the RCOMP settings and the associated comments. Tested, still boots.
