soc/intel/tigerlake: Increase PRERAM_CBMEM_CONSOLE_SIZE to 8KB

This patch increases PRERAM_CBMEM_CONSOLE_SIZE from 5KB to 8KB to fix
cbmem buffer overflow issue.
