nb/intel/gm45: Wedge DDR2 SPD support in
Add initial support for DDR2. This also changes GM45 raminit to internally work in units of 1/256 ns for both DDR2 and DDR3 instead of the 1/8 ns MTB assumed for DDR3, which simplifies the handling of time values. DDR3 time values are thus scaled by a factor of 32 accordingly.
