configs/config.facebook_fbg1701: Remove CONFIG_ONBOARD_SAMSUNG_MEM
CONFIG_ONBOARD_SAMSUMG_MEM was used to force Samsung memory. CPLD is used to determine the memory type leaving CONFIG_ONBOARD_SAMSUNG_MEM unused. Remove this config.
