asus/p2b: Remove MADT LAPIC 

Fix after 'commit 69a13964ea ("sb,soc/amd,intel: Add and use
ACPI_COMMON_MADT_LAPIC")' broke interrupt delivery in kernel.

Apparently combination of LAPIC without IOAPIC is too rare
to be well supported.
