mb/google/cyan: Adjust ACPI for Maxim audio

- add HRV and GpioIO for coolstar's windows drivers
- fix interrupt type for TI jack detect switch

TEST=build/boot Win11, Linux on google/cyan; verify audio working
OOTB under Linux, under Windows with coolstar's audio drivers.
