mb/google/var/volmar: Add gpios to lock

Variant should honor locked gpios from baseboard, but not the last.
Variant can add more gpios to lock if needed.

TEST='emerge-brya coreboot chromeos-bootimage', flash and verify that
volmar boots successfully to kernel.
