vc/mediatek/mt8195: add FOR_COREBOOT define

The CONFIG(CHROMEOS) in DRAM calibration code was incorrectly used to
identify implementations for Chromebooks (in coreboot) so we want to
introduce a new flag FOR_COREBOOT to prevent confusion.
