drivers/i2c/sx9310: Set ACPI status to hidden (0xb) 

Set the ACPI device status to hidden, since no driver is necessary or
available under Windows.

Linux is unaffected as it does not use the ACPI device status.

TEST=build/boot Win11 on google/akemi
