soc/intel/braswell/Kconfig: Clean up redefined config options 

There is no need to redefine option present in
southbridge/intel/common/firmware/Kconfig.

FAKE_IFD depends on out tree flashrom patches for which there are better
alternatives available now, so don't build with FAKE_IFD by default.
