mb/google/brya: Enable CSE FPT Info config for Nissa 

Google Brya variants like Nissa family selects
`SOC_INTEL_STORE_CSE_FPT_PARTITION_VERSION` to store CSE FPT
information.

TEST=Able to build and boot google/marasov.
