soc/intel/alderlake: Fix unknown voltage in SMBIOS 

The current SMBIOS for coreboot is missing processor info for Alder Lake and Raptor Lake SoC, specifically, voltage, max speed,
and upgrade (socket type). This patch implements voltage function.
