sb/amd/cimx/sb800: Remove unused and unsafe macro 

The `IMAGE_ALIGN` macro is unsafe because its value is compound and is
not enclosed in parentheses, which can cause operation order problems.
However, as this macro is unused, remove it instead of fixing it.
