vendorcode/amd/pi/00670F00/Lib: Remove unused functions
The only code still used are LibAmdPciRead() and LibAmdPciWrite(). These functions are used by PspBaseLib. Remove all functions that are not used, directly or indirectly, by LibAmdPciRead() and LibAmdPciWrite().
