mb/google/kefka: Add missing SPD 

Adapted from Chromium commit 9522225e
[Kefka: Add memory SPD info for Hynix H9CCNNN8GTALAR-NUD]

Add current available ram_id to support Hynix H9CCNNN8GTALAR-NUD spd info.
