mb/google/brya/var/marasov: Configure Acoustic noise mitigation 

- Enable Acoustic noise mitigation
- Set slow slew rate VCCIA and VCCGT to SLEW_FAST_8
- Set FastPkgCRampDisable VCCIA and VCCGT to 1
