mb/google/poppy/var/nocturne: Change IMX319 sensor link freq
Change link frequency of IMX319 from 360Mhz to 482.4 Mhz to match the changes from kernel driver. IMX319 has two PLLs and it can be configured either single or dual. Previous driver implemente dual PLL mode, however image sensor vendor prefer single PLL mode and calculate the pixel rate became easier. So the kernel driver changed to use single pll, coreboot change will match that.
