Fine tune 14" BigDaddy USB#2 2.0 strength:
PERPORTPETXISET: 7
PERPORTTXISET: 1
IUSBTXEMPHASISEN: 3
PERPORTTXPEHALF: 0

this value could have USB#2 2.0 EA/function pass.
