mb/google/dedede/var/boten: Add audio configuration 

Add configuration for ALC5682 headphone jack and ALC1015 speaker
amplifier. Also turn on the HDA PCI device.

BUG=b:161667665
TEST=Build the boten board and verified the audio functionality.
