mb/google/nissa/var/nivviks: Disable PCIe WLAN pins 

Nivviks uses CNVi WLAN, so disable the PCIe-related GPIOs.

BUG=b:218929856
TEST=Boot to OS on nivviks and check that WLAN still works.
