x86/memlayout.h: Do not include data/bss sections in C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK

C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK on x86 is like romstage and uses cache-as-ram
separately. It does not use any data/bss sections.
