mb/google/deltaur: Update audio setting

Deltaur uses HDA codec so we need to set iDisplay Audio Codec
disconnection and enable HdaAudioLink, otherwise the HDA codec won't
respond to commands to execute HDA verbs.

BUG=b:156447983
