soc/amd/sabrina: Add PRE_X86_CBMEM_CONSOLE_SIZE 

Commit 86302a806c (soc/amd/{common,
cezanne,picasso}: Add PRE_X86_CBMEM_CONSOLE_SIZE) added this Kconfig
option before the initial commit that added soc/amd/sabrina as copy of
soc/amd/cezanne landed in the tree, so port the change forward to
Sabrina.
