mb/google/skyrim/var/winterhold: Use fw_config to probe FP

Use fw_config to probe fingerprint.

BUG=b:269986245
TEST=emerge-skyrim coreboot chromeos-bootimage. Test result is pass
with 1000 reboot cycles.
