mb/google/brya/var/taeko: Modify DPA value to 100 for taeko 

In order to meet the OEM's acoustic specifications, the pre-wake
randomization time (DPA) is set to 100.

BUG=b:232892200
TEST=build FW and checked DPA value by fsp log.
