util/crossgcc/buildgcc: Remove CROSSGCC_COMMIT
For reproducibility, the buildgcc script is copied to the destination folder of the toolchain. `CROSSGCC_COMMIT` is used as a file name extension for the script and was introduced when `CROSSGCC_VERSION` didn't contain the commit yet. Since this is not the case anymore, remove it.
