soc/intel/meteorlake/retimer: Change loglevel prefix 

This message is not really an error message, so BIOS_ERR is 
inappropriate. Since the message is informational, switch to 
BIOS_INFO instead.

before
[ERROR]  USB Type-C 0 mapped to EC port 0
after
[INFO]  USB Type-C 0 mapped to EC port 0
