ipq806x: move translation table out of the way
Depthcharge clears up all unused DRAM before starting Linux, and does not know the translation table location. Instead of adding an exclusion term to the memory wipe descriptor let's move the table to the top of IMEM, it is also likely to be a good location in the future, when EFS is introduced.
