mb/google/brya/var/baseboard/skolas: set BOARD_ROMSIZE_KB_32768 

Skolas baseboard needs to set BOARD_ROMSIZE_KB_32768, so this change
sets it.

BRANCH=firmware-brya-14505.B
TEST="emerge-brya coreboot" and verify that the following configs
are set as:
  CONFIG_BOARD_ROMSIZE_KB_32768=y
  CONFIG_COREBOOT_ROMSIZE_KB_32768=y
  CONFIG_COREBOOT_ROMSIZE_KB=32768
  CONFIG_ROM_SIZE=0x02000000
