fsp_baytrail: Fix missing "$" when using Kconfig switch
To include gfx.c in ramstage, there is a Kconfig option (FSP_BAYTRAIL_GFX_INIT) which can be activated on demand. Unfortunately, the "$"-character is missing so that this switch is never active.
