mb/google/hatch/variants/hatch: Adjust all I2C CLK to meet spec 

After adjustment on Hatch
Touch Pad CLK: 383.4 KHz
Touch Screen CLK: 381.6 KHz
SAR Sensor CLK: 392.0 KHz
Audio codec CLK: 386.0 KHz

TEST=emerge-hatch coreboot chromeos-bootimage
     measure by scope with hatch.
