soc/amd/common: Refactor AmdCreateStruct() use
AmdCreateStruct() and AmdReleaseStruct() are equally bad when it comes to lack of correct function declarations for definitions found in vendorcode binaryPI/AGESA.c. Replace these with calls that go through the common module_dispatch() functions.
