mb/google/rex: Set up MIPI cameras via ACPI

This patch adds ACPI configurations of 8MP YHUX and 2MP CJFKF28-1
as world- and user-facing cameras of Rex.

BUG=b:246413264
TEST=Verified world- and user-facing cameras using Chrome Camera App on
Google/rex device.
