soc/intel/cannonlake: Set IGD stolen memory size to 64MB

This patch overrides default FSP IGD stolen memory size
UPD value.

TEST=Ensures FSP-M UPD “IgdDvmt50PreAlloc” value is 0x2 (64MB)
