intel/fsp_baytrail: Remove unused MICROCODE_INCLUDE_PATH from Kconfig 

Since fsp_baytrail was refactored to use microcode.bin
in 3rdparty/blobs, we do not need MICROCODE_INCLUDE_PATH any more.
