mb/google/hatch: Change WiFi device type from PCI to generic
Change the WiFi device type to generic, so that the LPI constraint generator does not create a reference for a device which does not exist in ACPI (SB.PCI0.RP14.MCHC). The invalid reference causes a Windows BSOD.
