nb/amd/pi/00630F01: Remove unused directory and code
No board uses AMD PI 00630F01, so drop it. And drop a single reference to the now-removed `NORTHBRIDGE_AMD_PI_00630F01` Kconfig option inside the `drivers/amd/agesa/acpi_tables.c` file.
