util/cbmem: Fix format string in cbmem.c

Use PRIx64 to print a u64 instead of "llx". Fixes the following error:

cbmem.c: In function 'parse_cbtable':
cbmem.c:135:2: error: format '%llx' expects argument of type 'long long unsigned int', but argument 2 has type 'u64' [-Werror=format=]
