List of changes:
1. FSP-M Header:
- Adjust UPD Offset for Reservedxx
- Rename UPD Offset UnusedUpdSpace32 -> UnusedUpdSpace29
2. FSP-S Header:
- Rename UPD Offset UnusedUpdSpace46 -> UnusedUpdSpace44
