soc/amd/cezanne/Kconfig: add missing ACPI_BERT and ACPI_BERT_SIZE

Browse source 
ACPI_BERT_SIZE is used in the FSP driver and the fsp_m_params.c. The
latter one is planned to be deprecated though.
