mb/system76/oryp5: Leave NC GPIOs unterminated

Remove the unneeded pull up, as leaving them unterminated disconnects
them from internal logic.

Also replace use of PAD_CFG_TERM_GPO with PAD_CFG_GPO where no
termination is used.
