soc/amd/common: Remove duplicated #include amd_pci_int_defs.h

Remove <#include amd_pci_int_defs.h> from amd_pci_util.h, as the user
of the functions declared in amd_pci_util.h don't need the contents of
amd_pci_int_defs.h.
