mb/google/hatch: Create Akemi variant

This is based on the hatch variant

TEST=FW_NAME="akemi" emerge-hatch coreboot depthcharge intel-cmlfsp
chromeos-bootimage look for image-akemi.*.bin generated under the
/build/hatch/firmware/
