lenovo/x60/romstage.c: Collect timestamps in romstage

Collect early timestamps in Lenovo X60’s romstage.

Selecting the option `COLLECT_TIMESTAMPS` in Kconfig and then
doing `cbmem --timestamps` should output the timestamps.
