mb/google/nissa: Confiure the unused virtual Cnvi BT GPIOs to NC 

Configure the unused virtual CNVi BT GPIOs to NC since we
are using BT over USB mode for Nissa.

BUG=b:233834597
TEST=Verified BT offload feature on Nivviks P1.
