soc/intel/alderlake: remove SOC_INTEL_COMMON_BLOCK_SMM_LOCK_GPIO_PADS
This causes the I2C touchpad device to stop working after warm reboot. BUG=b:210701402 BRANCH=none TEST=after warm reboot, the touchpad still works.
