t132: Add TTB_BUFFER to resource reserved
TTB_BUFFER holds the MMU tables. Thus, this memory needs to be preserved while performing a wipe in depthcharge. Hence, marking it as reserved BUG=None BRANCH=None TEST=Compiles successfully and boots upto depthcharge. Error wiping memory tables is fixed.
