tests/include/tests/test.h: Add TEST_REGION_UNALLOCATED
Some tested modules require regions to be defined but do not necessarily access them. TEST_REGION_UNALLOCATED() combined with DECLARE_REGION() are sufficient for most cases that require symbols only.
