rush: Add cpu devices to devicetree
Rush builds were throwing a _sync_sp_el0 exception due to commit 65af2f3d (tegra132: support arm64 SMP bringup). Fixed by copying over the rush_ryu devicetree.db, which adds all the CPUs to the device tree. Basically the same as commit 8f61ca2da but for rush. BUG=None BRANCH=None TEST=Booted rush OK, brought up rush kernel from USB.
